Espanola is putting strict water restrictions into place. The water tower is getting a facelift, meaning it is offline from May 30th until July 29th. Water restriction maps will be sent out in the mail, or they can be picked up at the Public Works office.
The town warns if the restrictions aren’t followed, a complete water ban could be put into place. The upgrades to the water tower include a complete interior lining replacement, welding, and a new paint job.
