A company and its driver are facing charges after an OPP investigation into a fatal four vehicle crash on Highway 17 east in Bruce Mines in late November.
East Algoma OPP Constable Bev Gauthier says officers responded to the crash at around 6:00 a.m. on Nov. 26.
The driver has been charged with careless driving causing death and more.
The company has been charged with permitting a person to drive a commercial vehicle not in accordance with regulations, failure to ensure daily inspections and failure to display proper inspection sticker.
She says both accused will appear in Sault Ste. Marie court to answer to the charges.
