The Moose 99.3FM CJJM – Espanola and the Espanola Royal Canadian Legion will kick off the debate circuit for the Algoma-Manitoulin-Kapuskasing riding.
The two will host the Meet the Candidates Night at the Legion in Espanola next Tuesday night at 7:00 pm.
On Wednesday, the Manitoulin Expositor on Manitoulin Island will host their debate at 7:00 pm at Manitoulin Secondary School in M’Chigeeng and the Elliot Lake Standard will host their night on Thursday at the Moose Family Centre in Elliot Lake, also at 7:00 pm.
There are five candidates vying for the parliamentary seat: NDP incumbent Carol Hughes, Liberal candidate Heather Wilson, Dave Williamson of the Conservative Party of Canada, Green Party candidate Max Chapman and Dave DeLisle of the Peoples Party of Canada.
