East Algoma OPP say a man is dead after an SUV rear-ended a school bus on Highway 17 near Spragge.
The mishap occurred around 8:00am Thursday morning.
Police say both vehicles were travelling eastbound on Highway 17 when the SUV hit the bus.
Seven students on the school bus were treated for minor injuries.
Police say the SUV driver, 62-year-old Marc Robitaille of Spragge, died in hospital.
And, a second school bus crash also occurred around 8:00am Thursday in the Seguin Township area near Parry Sound.

Police say a bus collided with a tractor on Highway 141.
Students on board sustained minor injuries and the male driver of the farm tractor was transported to hospital.
