Serre is Proud of the Governments Commitment to Mining

Nickel Belt MP Marc Serre is proud of the government’s renewed commitment to the mining industry.  

The Canadian Mining Innovation Council and the Centre for Excellence in Mining are together turning to the federal government for $950-million in funding over five years to build a mining super-cluster.  The joint-plan looks to spur economic growth and create jobs.  Serre says the timing couldn’t be better after Kathleen Wynne’s announcement to move forward with the Ring of Fire.  

Serre says this will be a massive economic benefit to all of Northern Ontario.
