Long Weekend Travelling

Anyone travelling this Canada Day long weekend is urged to do so safely.

The OPP says everyone on the roads, boats and back trails needs to keep the rules of the road on the top of your mind. Officers say they will be keeping a close eye out on the “Big Four” which include impaired driving, distracted driving, speeding and lack of seat belt use. Police will also be checking for alcohol and drug use while driving.

The OPP says everyone should be enjoying the weekend in a safely.
