The NDP will not support taking 40-50 per cent off your electricity bills.
That is according to Timmins-James Bay MPP Gilles Bisson, who says they can’t support the Liberals Fair Hydro Plan for two major reasons.
Bisson says this bill from the Liberals is simply being used to get the government through the next election.
He says the bill does nothing to fix the actual problems with Hydro, and in the end, will instead actually raise the cost over the next four years.
