An Espanola man is facing charges after explicit photos were posted online of multiple girls. Police got a call from a woman that her photos were posted to a website without her consent, and she knew of two other girls who had photos of them posted as well. A 20-year-old man is now looking at Voyeurism charges. Voyeurism means surreptitiously recording someone in a place where they can reasonably expect privacy. The penalty can be up to five years in jail.
