Some Espanola students are currently on a trip of a lifetime in Portugal.
A group of students from École secondaire catholique La Renaissance in Espanola and École secondaire Notre-Dame-du-Sault in Sault Ste. Marie, are spending their March Break travelling abroad.
They are exploring Portugal and discovering the rich culture, history and architecture by visiting sites such as Belem Tower and the Monument of Discoveries.
officials say the adventure is taking them to Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais, Batalha, Fàtima and Coimbra.
The students and staff will cap off the trip Friday heading to Porto to experience the center of traditional fado music.
