The City of Elliot Lake is moving forward on plans to celebrate the municipality’s 70th anniversary with a banner contest.
The city is looking for artists of all ages to enter their designs for the downtown and highway banners that are mounted every year.
It is not required that any artist be from Elliot Lake to enter with the deadline set as April 16th.
