The Espanola-North Shore 50th Anniversary Snowarama was a huge success.
Easter Seals Coordinator Carmen Bazinet says they had a great turnout for the event with $20,998 raised with the brunt of the funds raised by an avid supporter from Elliot Lake.
Leo Deveau was the top fundraiser once again with $14,553 in donations.
The Youngest Top Fundraiser was Kaleb Romaniuk with $650.
Algoma-Manitoulin-Kapuskasing MP Carol Hughes also presented the organization with a commemorative certificate acknowledging the anniversary and the work Easter Seals does to assist children with physical disabilities.
