What do Lion’s Mane, White Cap, Blue Oyster, Black Oyster, and Phoenix Oyster all have in common? They are all types of mushrooms the Espanola Gardeners want you to learn about.
Espanola Gardeners publicist Grant Lewis says the group invites the public to meet Shane O’Donnell owner of Heartwood Mushrooms in Little Current.
Lewis says O’Donnell will be sharing tips and techniques on how to grow all types of mushrooms.
He adds growing kits will also be available for sale.
Lewis says the seminar will kick off the Gardeners season on Monday, May 27th at Northern Life Church, at 7:00 p.m.
