The first Pow Wow along the North Shore community will be held this weekend.
Sagamok-Anishinabek First Nation is opening its Pow Wow grounds to the public for its annual celebration including grand entries on both Saturday and Sunday at noon.
There is tent camping allowed but no recreation vehicles or trailers due to limited space.
The theme is Connecting Generations through Song, Dance, and Ceremony.
The giveaway will be held at four pm on Saturday and the community feast at five pm on Sunday.
