Discussion:
Snow and ice pellets will begin near noon before transitioning to freezing rain. Freezing rain may change over to rain this afternoon then transition back over to snow this evening. Snow will taper in intensity Friday morning.

Near zero visibility in fog is expected or occurring.
Hazards:
Locally dense fog reducing visibilities to near zero.
Potential areas of black ice due to fog and temperatures below zero.
