McKenzie Lumber fined for workplace injury

A lumber company in Northwestern Ontario has been fined $48,000 following a work-related injury.

McKenzie Lumber was found guilty after one of its employees had his arm crushed in a log-sawing machine.

The accident took place in March of 2013 during a repair operation of heavy-duty machinery near Sioux Lookout on company grounds
