What could you do with some cardboard and duct tape?
Espanola High School students know and they are ready to take on cardboard boat racers, over 120 in all, from schools across northeastern Ontario.
Students build a boat made of cardboard and duct tape, and then see if they float, and then race with them.
The students have two hours to do it.

The fastest teams with the heaviest boats will get the highest points.
The public is invited to the event from 12 noon to 3:00pm today at the Espanola Regional Recreation Complex.
