Algoma-Manitoulin-Kapuskasing, MP Carol Hughes is reminding employers that the deadline to apply for Canada Summer Jobs is fast approaching.
Hughes wants to encourage groups and organizations to take advantage of the program that helps employers create summer job opportunities for students.
Hughes says the program is one that has consistently been good for the riding with over $600,000 earmarked for the constituency.
The deadline for the application period for employers is February 2nd.
