St. Joseph General Hospital in Elliot Lake had to close one of its’ floors due to a flu outbreak, but it is re-opened.
Hospital CEO Pierre Ozolins says the Medical Surgical Unit on the third floor has been re-opened to visitors.
He explains the closure was ordered after Algoma Public Health declared an outbreak last week.
The order has also been lifted for St. Joseph’s Manor.
